My setup: GTA V platform: Steam GTA V version: Latest Running in Story Mode only ASI Loader installed via OpenIV (dinput8.dll present in root folder) OpenIV.asi installed Latest ScriptHookV downloaded from Alexander Blade’s official site ScriptHookVDotNet also installed (though issue occurs even without it) Mods are in GTA V root folder (same place as GTA5.exe) — e.g., Native Trainer.asi What I’ve tried: Reinstalled ScriptHookV and confirmed dinput8.dll is in the GTA V root folder. Uninstalled and reinstalled ASI Loader + OpenIV.asi through OpenIV’s ASI Manager. Placed only NativeTrainer.asi + ScriptHookV.dll in the folder (clean test) — still doesn’t open with F4. Tried Fn + F4 in case it was a function key issue — no response. Disabled antivirus, set GTA V folder to be excluded from scans. Right-clicked .asi and .dll files → Properties → Unblock. Confirmed mods are in the correct GTA V install directory. Symptoms: Pressing F4 in Story Mode does nothing. A mod I have downloaded TurnSignals.asi does nothing. ScriptHookV.log is never generated in the GTA V root folder, no matter how many times I run the game. What I suspect: Either GTA V is not loading dinput8.dll at all, or something about my game launch method is bypassing mod loading entirely. Any help would be appreciated — I can provide screenshots of my GTA V folder and OpenIV ASI Manager if needed. Thanks in advance!
