i want to use it as a pop out shelf for vending. all those slices would be great for displaying my sculpy work lol
If I had one of these I would use it as a charcuterie board. Just serve little slices of meat & cheese on various layers.
Although I could see the case for putting chess pieces on several of the slices to do like a surreal "Kirk & Spock play 3D chess" thing.

Some of my favorite are actually my more low effort and silly creations. No right or wrong way to go about it, as long as you're having fun I think!

Depends want you want. Fimo is good but hard. Sculpy is good but soft, so it depends what you are trying to make.

Hobby streak day 416, finished layering super sculpy on the plague crawler's mantle and added mass to the passenger. I also added a uhu glue layer to the raptors' talons.

The bear is cut white packing Styrofoam from a rich person's furniture garbage touched up with foam clay and then painted with acrylic paint.
The eyes are polymer clay, acrylic paint, sculpy glaze on top to make them look wet and glued on glass cabochons

I remember Wizard magazine doing their Homemade Heroes section. So get some sand paper, a Dremel, and some super sculpy and start building...

It’s shockingly easy. Foam clay. Sculpy caps. Battery pack led wire lights hidden under the base and glued to the bottom. Moss & rocks to hide wires & clay bases.

A friend took this photo of me & the craft I made this weekend in a little workshop & I’m just very proud of how cute it turned out. (And it was a quick enough project that I finished it unlike, well, lots of crafts. Pay no mind to my half-done cross-stitch. Or the quilt.)

How is Blender? I've been afraid of all 3D modeling programs of that organic nature. I used to do super sculpy modeling a decade back, but now I'm not sure if I'd have any luck with physical or digital.

dropped 7 things off for the state fair creative activities show. that silver fish, a gray and white bat, my pyron dragon plush, that dslr camera plush prototype i fixed up, a sculpy 3 headed dragon necklace, a beaded yellow billed magpie necklace, and a necklace with glass leaves & an agate bunny
