Council approved a $12.176M construction contract for the Broadway Complete Streets corridor project, which reduces lanes, adds seven roundabouts and coordinates sewer upgrades with the Seaside County Sanitation District. Staff say project is fully grant‑funded; construction is expected to begin in September 2026.
