VPC Lamdaを消してもしばらくENIを開放してくれないみたいで、ENIが残っているとSecurityGroupとかVPCが消せないので完全破壊には至らず…まあいいやこれは無料だし

Pythonで作っていたAWSのでグローバルに公開されているSecurityGroupを見つけてSlackに通知するツールをGoで再作成
Github Actionsとかで使うのを意識してSlack通知とかは省いた
