A large HGV is reversed into a loading bay but it’s entirely blocking the pavement. A family with two kids are having to walk in the road to get around A side view into the loading bay. There is clearly plenty more space for the vehicle to back up further

Yes, it's at night time and nobody came by while his car was parked on the sidewalk.

But there is also a whole parking lot *with many available spaces* literally steps away (see end of vid).

What is going on at this house by #Fernwood on Falling Heath Place? Do you suspect that having all blacked-out windows (incl. windshield) may have contributed to the crash? This is the result of a bad tow and probably no insurance coverage. #Bay_View #BayView #SelfishDrivers
The focal point is a white car in the center. It's a Mazda coupe that is parked across a driveway and has crash damage along the entirety of the driver's side. Red paint scrapes are visible on the body panels and the rear wheel appears to be falling off.
