Bon dia! Empieza la 3a jornada de viaje. Hoy ha tocado madrugón, ya que había que estar en el monasterio Eiheiji antes de las 5 para una visita guiada con un monje. Lo normal sería participar en la ceremonia matinal, pero estos días están en pleno Sesshin (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sesshin) …
