The movie was filmed around 2022, so still close to the pandemic. Planning and setbuilding would have been even earlier, maybe even in 2021. It was shelved in 2023 then finally released this year

it's kinda fucking wild how varied the setbuilding in wilds is. Like so many skills that were straight up bad/ignored in previous games are really good now.

I made a treehouse out of paper for a stopmotion set
I made this magical willow pollard tree that is a house for my next stopmotion short and it turned out real darn cute. It's basically like a dollhouse with a furnace and some mushroom shelves but everything needs to hold still for filming. And I'm moving to a new place where I can do that, next! Yay. This project took about three months. Given what I've seen of retail collation it wouldn't surprise me at all if a third of the blaster cards end up being duplicates in this scenario. But yeah it's not like anyone is setbuilding this product.
