This line shadows the Moselle all the way to the French border, running nonstop from Konz to Schengen.
It's a really beautiful line on a beautiful day. Couldn't imagine being at a railway show in Derby instead.

As I wait for my replacement bus from Luxembourg Gare, a tram passes and I am immediately made aware just how good they look at night.

The River Moselle - it's really quite impressive, isn't it? The railway here wends its way along the river banks, occasionally switching sides as it pleases.

The next station along is Rivage, which I am also struggling with. I believe that a rivage is a coastline, though, which makes this a bit of a weird thing to see at the station.

If you know your French, you'll also know that we aren't far from L'Aeroport Gatwick. I believe there is a signalling centre round the corner as well.

Aywaille apparently means area full of water; I get the impression this part of Belgium is usually a bit more wet than this. The stone bridge and associated staircase do look interesting though, would definitely go again!
