Iron-in interfacing was invented in 1930. We went thousands of years without it. Scrap fabric in the weight you need (muslin, canvas, etc.) + an elmer's glue stick if you must will do just fine.

ADAPTING PATTERN: I often "Frankenstein" patterns, ie using parts of different patterns. This time I cut bodice patterns at the waistline so I could make the peplum in a different fabric. Notice I added a seam allowance at the cut to sew them back together. #Over60Cosplay #sewingtip #cosplayer
