The Axiatonal Alignment (Axis as in the Euler/Quaternion coordinates w,x,y,z) and tonal as in the Sound of God--The Surat Shabd) balances and re-aligns the bodies that comprise our Multi-Dimensional Self with the Source. For me, it helps relieve stress and can help me calm down and get re-centered.
