Cleaning up my files and found these sketches again, I don't really plan to clean them up any time soon, so random 1 am post!

Base by froggyo!

Sketchy chibi artwork of Ken Amada, three versions of Makoto Yuki, and Kenji Tomochika as Anti Shadow Weapons. Ken is sketched in a red to orange color, the Makotos are sketched in blue, and Kenji is shaded in a yellow-orange color. Text above them reads: Ken: "doll-like" Makoto ver 1: "most like Aigis" Makoto ver 2: "More Metis / Doll + Thanatos" Makoto ver 3: "misc ideas" Kenji: "Horse + Thanatos elements" Ken mostly looks like a doll, with ball joints and more human shaped feet. All three Makotos have hooves like Aigis. The first looks most like her and has Ryoji's scarf, the second is more doll-like and has a belt like Thanatos, the third has less elements in common though he does have Aigis' gauntlets. Kenji has more distinct horse or satyr like hooves and high gloves / boots.

Head poking around the sign to finally gaze at him, Makoto could see it was a younger boy, though dressed very weirdly for the weather. Big headphones, a large black jacket, and gloves. Wasn’t he uncomfortable? But… if a kid was here, they must be lost, right? Makoto very slowly inched his way closer, leaning down to be closer to their level. “Are you lost? I know the path back… My friends could help you find someone…” The kid finally came out to fully face him, fearful stance melting away, to instead just stare at Makoto, seemingly shocked he was there at all. Did he say something wrong? He admittedly wasn’t the best with kids, Maiko was an outlier. Before he could ask another question, the kid dashed into his space and hugged him, tightly. “It’s you, it’s really you! You’re ok… I’m so glad.” His voice was thin with tension, grip so tight Makoto knew he wasn’t getting out anytime soon, shaking with uneven breaths. What was he expected to do in a situation like this?

Think you can hit that one?” Makoto walked forward where a short set of stairs went down before ascending again, pointing to the center point where a shadow wandered in an unknown pattern. Ken nodded, becoming entirely focused. Without saying a word, in one smooth motion he pulled out his gun, knelt down, aimed down the sight and pulled the trigger. The bullet moved so fast Makoto could only hear it, the aftermath of the shadow dissipating into wisps the only proof it met its mark.

Good. If he was breathing, acting human, acting like himself, they could relax by a fraction. Not entirely. But a little. After the night Ken had… he'd earned all the rest he wanted.

I wanted Shadow Weapon Ken to have a battle icon. Couldn't find any HQ battle icons, so I took a sheet I have saved, made Ken Real Big, and drew over it.

Since this is a rough guide, and I have no desk to draw at, I just drew over official art and models

Ken's DLC image for the main ref
Battle icon for the battle icon
Q2 image for the chibi

I'll make a proper ref sheet
... eventually.

Ken swaps with Aigis, taking place as the team's Anti Shadow Weapon. But there's a lot different about him, things even he doesn't know.

Welcome to my #ShadowWeaponKen AU! A thing I'm much too invested in

Well as an introductory post, I'll shill that I've begun working on fanfic for my #ShadowWeaponKen AU!
I'm not writing it chronologically, as it's not a serious project, and quality will vary for the same reason, but I hope anyone will still enjoy it!
