Interesting day. We had 4 final bid offers on the house yesterday & were told the highest was cash. This wa shelpful as lack of chain would help us move quickly. Transpires that wasn't true. Now have to reassess the bids if we're gonna stand a chance of getting the house we want to move too...😒🙄
