Too many residents in our constituency are paying high property management fees. I led a meeting in Parliament questioning Jonathan Smith, the CEO of Trinity Property Group, which manages Shinfield Gardens and Shinfield Meadows in our constituency.

Here are some more confirmation of #SonicMovie4 being filmed in Shinfield Studios. The studio was opened in 2021, but the whole site wasn’t completed until 2024.
They only did some movies like Ghostbusters and an couple of TV shows like The Acolyte.

Today I introduced a Bill to Parliament to push for a fairer leasehold system with Right to Manage reform. A reinvigorated Right to Manage would empower leaseholders and hold unscrupulous managing agents to account. 👇
