As someone who has suffered a cardiac arrest and severe brain damage, I'd like some proof of cognative impairment before I'd limit his (or my) duties. My impairments are mostly visual, and I struggle with both short and long termmemory. Anoxic brain injury is not well understood.

I have so many hilarious takes and so little working memory.
