My favourite sock pattern. Both of these socks are knit from the same pattern.

One version has been simplified to just two colours.

And the other worked in traditional fair-isle style in multiple colours.

Knitters, when you make socks, do you use indie dyed sock yarn more or commercial sock yarns? Photo is a picture of my first ever socks circa 2009? Two different sizes but they are so great around the house. I use mostly commercial but indie for “gift” or “ special”
