Checked out Absolute Wonder Woman #1 and holy moly, it blew me away. I had high hopes but it exceeded my expectations. Great reshuffling of the character’s core identity, thematically and emotionally resonant, plus showstopped art and layouts. Wow.

i think it does still feel that way in higher difficulties — however as a player i was already showstopped by the environment, music, rapidly unfolding story, etc, so all of that together made it overwhelming in a way anyway!
