My boss has been a pain in the back for all of us for a long time. Terrible at scheduling, awful at hiring, and more than willing to fire anyone for anything. I've had similar feelings brewing for a while now, but I've never said anything due to my shyness. It's good to finally get them out.

Never heard the second but yeah, both men and women need to change.. Shyness, especially in men is so stigmatized and trivialized. One comment below, for example. While I don’t like or get along with manly dudes, women just seem so distant. I’ve heard that’s a common thing.

As someone with rejection sensitivity dysphoria due to neurodivergency, shyness is A factor. But what has helped me extremely is exposure and talk therapy. I’m still working on it. It also helps I have close friends who challenge and support me.
