I remember seeing a post by a moot on Twitter who was traveling in Bukhara and visited a synagogue, and the siddur they were using was just an Edot HaMizrach siddur published in Isr with heavy Baghdadi & Syrian influences. What abt Bukharan Nuschaot? What did they use in 1870 & before?

תְּפִלַּת יַעֲקֹב אָבִינוּ | Təfilat Ya’aqov Avinu — a Hekhalot magical text from the Cairo Geniza, T-S K 21.95T, based on the text of the pseudepigraphal Ladder of Jacob 2:6–22 • the Open Siddur Project ✍ פְּרוֺיֶקְט הַסִּדּוּר הַפָּתוּחַ
The three Cairo Geniza fragments T.-S. K 1.144, T.-S. K21.95.T, and T.-S. K21.95. are generally thought to have been pages from the same work, the rest of which is lost. They are the same hand, the same size, and similar content — largely Hekhalot-era pseudepigraphal and magical texts. While these fragments first caught my eye due to their record of one of the earliest known Hebrew texts of the apocryphal Prayer of Manasseh (to be uploaded in the future), they also include several fascinating magical texts and apocryphal prayers which are worth studying in their own rite. This text, a short prayer attributed to Abraham, features much language in common with the Ḳaddish and the Yishtabaḥ.

I'm really glad I joined this minyan though, and I vow that starting tomorrow I will be waking up and praying with them every weekday going forward.

And I'm definitely going to buy the siddur we're using and borrow a tallit and a tefillin (maybe, but I'm starting to think it would help me...)
