Slightly delayed from yesterday but it was a real delight to see Donia Jarrar aka #Phonodelica do her performance/presentation of _Butcher_, accompanied by friends including her partner Chris aka #SignorBenedicktheMoor -- all this at the #CenterForNewMusic here in SF.
Donia Jarrar, with long dark curly hair and a shoulder-less dark dress, signs and plays piano on the left, while Chris, bearded and with dreads, plays drums on the right, lit in red, with a small altar featuring photos of departed souls and more in front of him. A wider shot of the Center for New Music stage area, again showing Donia on piano in the back and Chris on drums to the right, as two collaborative participants (whose names keep escaping me! and I've even met one already!) prepare watermelon and scatter paper in the foreground.
