Pokeballs having such a low catch rate is so devious. I bet silphco makes a fortune selling products they know barely work for so cheap.

Logically SilphCo should've just been a setback for Giovanni. It's not like his entire philosophy was undermined like Archie, Maxie, Cyrus, N, Ghetsis, and Lysandre.

I went with Jolteon for this run. Of the OG 3 Eeveelutions it isn’t the most fun Shiny colorswap but it’ll outspeed and OHKO most mons I come up against in a normal run. Currently clearing out SilphCo before I fight 🖤Sabrina🖤
Oh and I drew Quanxi (CSM) but it looks like shit. 2nd Pass!

Nearly a year of soft resetting for weeks at a time before taking breaks, the long hunt is over. Fully odds Shiny Eevee in Pokemon LeafGreen cartridge. I got Shiny Timid Bulbasaur at the beginning of this same file.

"YEAH!"
She's got... This! Bag thrown open, she pulls out a small pressurized case with that funky 'S' logo on it.
"Pressurized Traversal Suit! With its own oxygen supply and like, little thrusters in it for moving around?
Apparently SilphCo was looking into space-stuff in the 90s."

As for space? Well, soon as she can go into her bag, she'll be happy to show Magnolia the stuff her momma stole from SilphCo.

So before I move onto the cinnibar island I remembered I never really went over to this part of the region. I should prob at least check it out before going on, especially since the level gap I got dealing with nothing but poison and fighting types from silphco to cycling road to koga means grinding

We went on Safari, catching Dratini and Khangaskhan. We beat Koga, raided the Karate Dojo for a Hitmonchan and got our favorite Pokemon, Lapras in SilphCo Tower.
Time to focus level Lapras and prep for Giovanni for the next stream!

I thought about this as I was typing it! Someone mentioning to a silphco distributor that they do it for retention or w/e and the reps like "I love it!" Ultinately it's fiction, so our minds are the final arbiters.

I think about that at least twice a week. Capsule Corp from Dragon Ball was way smarter, but then again wasn't Silphco. run by Team Rocket?

Join me for my stream today for Shashingo! I'll be trying out this Japanese learning game and teaching alongside it and see how we go!
Also - we have a new model courtesy of SpikedKirby! Come by to check it out!
(I promise it won't be 3 hours in SilphCo like Let's Go Eevee)

3/12 Monotype runs done, and pretty solid on my pathing (Start->Brock->Misty->SSAnne->Surge->Flash->Rock Tunnel->Erika->Rocket Corner->Flute->SilphCo->Sabrina->Koga->Blaine(via Palett)->Giovanni->E4) barring any detours for a bird for other monotypes.

Technically going after team rocket when they take over silphco is vigilate justice and is probably illegal because you'd be interfering in an ongoing crime and could put rescue efforts in danger (i.e becoming a hostage)
Also since you can just wonder into peoples houses, trespassing too ig?

I think it's maybe a tie with a Jolteon, just had a lot of synergy with the Lapras from SilphCo, so it's hard to choose

I mean, not just for time travelers, but for everyone? I mean, sometimes I wonder how different I'd be if Rocket hadn't been a thing. When Rocket took over SilphCo. my dad... Well he was a security guard. Would I be as competitive had I never lost him? Would I have cared as much about stopping++

I'd have to be the WORST catfisher in the history of catfishing, if I were catfishing. There's a billion pictures of me all over the internet! That's not including the modelling pictures I did for 2022's SilphCo. rotom-watch collection.
