Ukrainian hackers successfully attacked the Crimean provider "SimStar" The attack on New Year's Eve left a "significant portion of subscribers" without internet, according to the company's press service.

SimStar specialists managed to partially restore internet access for subscribers, but a number of users remain without it. On the morning of January 2, the company commented on the current situation.

Absolutely all employees of our group of companies and hired specialists are involved in the work. Such attacks do not go unnoticed for any provider," notes the SimStar message.

The company does not specify the exact timeline for the completion of the work.
