It appears Musk came to US on a student visa, did not attend school and worked illegally here.
If he lied in his subsequent immigration applications he committed a felony level crime and could be stripped of his citizenship and security clearances.

What’s amazing about Musk claiming the reason he’s in America is the H1B visa is that it isn’t true. According to story below, he came here on a student visa, worked illegally and then got an H1B. He should release his immigration records to clear this up.

Perhaps we need to stop memory holing that Trump 1 was a historic disaster - he blew the pandemic, hundreds of thousands of people died unnecessarily, the economy cratered, the deficit exploded and he was first POTUS since Hoover to see job loss on their watch.

There are a lot of reasons to be wary of what Musk is doing. That he is both a Putin shill and does more business with the Chinese govt than perhaps any other American should be chief among them. Both countries want the US humiliated, the govt to shut down, chaos to reign.
Republicans on the Hill need to be asked today if they believe Nazis coming back into power in Germany is a good thing. For one of Trump's top advisors believes it is.

It’s remarkable how bad right-leaning polling has gotten for Trump. Cygnal and McLaughlin have sent big warnings about 2026. Echelon found him dropping 8 points. TIPP showed him losing 10. Now this - Fox has him dropping 9 points. No illusions now. They know they are in a bad place.
