The Karnataka Government has told the Legislative Assembly that the Atal Bihari Vajpayee stadium in HSR Layout is 90% complete, with the remaining work targeted for completion by the end of October 2026 with penalty. The stadium's original deadline was 31 December 2025, while MLA Satish Reddy's question stated that 30% of the work was still pending. The Government's written reply does not explain the difference between the two figures. The same reply says the Singasandra Government Hospital is in its final stage, with the remaining works expected to be completed within November 2026. The Children's Special Hospital on Bannerughatta Road remains suspended, with a design change required. The reply says Rs. 10 crore has been reserved in the BBMP grant, but no completion deadline has been stated for the hospital.
