in the ACLU lawsuit filed Friday after the Callais ruling. This will also apply to the 21 states (16 red) that are scheduled for primaries in the next 45 days (the Federal window for sending out ballots to overseas military). Thoughts from lawyers please esp. @SistersinLawPodcast

Loved the #SistersInLawPodcast when you discussed how before the DOJ became a Trump puppet agency, a US Attorney needed to not only to be able to get an indictment, but have a big chance of winning AND defending an appeal. Miss those days.

Kash Patel violated DOJ rules & risks case against Kirk’s killer being thrown out for violations of his due process rights. Patel did this by revealing DNA evidence match and other evidence + giving his conclusion that suspect’s guilty.
