Honestly "working for ICE" probably not. They are hiring ICE on usajobs.gov endlessly. More likely, they hired a contractor who is employing the J6 randos.

I searched around and it turns out they've been pulling this scam since as far back as 2017, even taking people's sites down and more or less holding them ransom to buy sitelock- all over links to EXTERNAL infected sites.

If I had still been on HG, my site would have been locked and I would have been forced to pay for Sitelock to clean it up. Instead, I was able to get help from my host on what to do, and removed the offending plugin via cPanel, removed database entries and users, and changed ALL my passwords.
