Experiencing a relative good (& unfortunately recently rare) period with my #MEcfs symptoms so got some,very,fresh air today-fought my way through the floods and gale force winds at #KenfigNationalNatureReserve to inexplicably (understandably) find myself the only person on SkerBeach

The bones of a #trawler #Altmark beached 1960 but I understand the crew of 1 made it ashore ok. They appear then disappear with the shifting sands. 1st pic 2014 2nd 2022.

#CardinalMark I think it signs "east" probably right for the rocks not visible. Bit of #Devon in the back there. Leaning to the left, tide coming in, leaning to the right, tide going out. But dead calm today.

Sea is dead calm and t=in the middle is a Cardinal Mark or Bouy and the hills in the back is Devon.
