Just to clarify my role here: I thought we were all excited about The Ditch Witch and I am sorry for the confusion.

Bike Mechanic Husband @seumasb.bsky.social put my new Xmas lights on my bike. My neighbour stops in her car to say nice lights - I reply, Thanks - they’re my “Please Don’t Kill Me” lights!

I just rolled over 10,000 kms on my Skidloader - the perfect all year round ECargobike 🩵

part of riding up to Washington Park yesterday on max was for research on how my e bike (surly skidloader) fits on light rail cars & station elevators. I found that it fits but would be a pain for everyone if it were a busy, standing room only time. but being able to bring it sure opens up the city

A friendly reminder that “pedal assist” requires pedals. Rolled out Skidloader this morning, having forgotten that I had borrowed the pedals for my adventure bike this weekend, Oops! More specifically, pedals are on loan from ATB because I wore out the spindles on Skid pedals after 16000km #yycbike

Winter finally arrived in Kansas. We got 8" of snow Friday night and Saturday. I took the Christmas lights off my bike and put on the studded tire wheelset. I also put on a new chain. #Surly #Skidloader #CommuteByBike #WinterCycling

Got myself a surly skidloader two years ago. I hate my car now.

I got a surly skidloader three years ago. With panniers, fenders and studded tires for the winter it is awesome. I live in a hilly town and commuted for 2.5 yrs with it. Now ride it first anywhere I go, except work, so I can bring things and meet people farther away than I would normally on a bike.

never gave a surly skidloader as much thought as I should have

I fucking love watching the skidloader do snow removal by my apartment.

NGL I desperately wanna operate a skidloader.

chat I want to operate a skidloader

Ah yes. The skidloader. Savior of everyone with livestock everywhere.
