#SkyRogue
You sound like the kind of guy that has a itchio charity bundle or two on your mailbox. Did you try SkyRogue?

I do like Skyrogue , but it feels like a game that would really come into its own in a sequel that focused the gamefeel up a little bit. Not to go into simulator territory, but definately enough that it feels slightly less arcadey so the tricks you can pull off belong to you and not a button-press.

I've played Skyrogue recently and honestly its energy-maneuvering mechanics felt a bit loose?

Like, without mods you can't turn hard enough to induce a controlled stall and even then its not really modelled in a way that allows for tons of play, even in the Yukikaze mod.
Yeah an older indie game called Sky Rogue pulled the same thing off rly well, this game reminds me of it a lot tbh (in a good way, Sky Rogue is awesome and worth playing)
