Yay my computer accepted being put in sleepmode again 🎉🎉
It’s been so stressful not being able to use sleepmode bc I like to keep like 100000 windows of refs and stuff open at all time in case I need them and having to go find whatever I need anytime I need it has been bad for my productivity… 😩

i think i’m cool with being sleepmode in like, more narrow contexts. sleepmode is just a “professional” (i use that term loosely) alias for when i’m streaming or whatever. but i’d prefer to be me separate from that alias most of the time

For posterity to anyone sharing this hyper-specific scenario, here's the command to run in an elevated command prompt:
powercfg -requestsoverride process obs64.exe display
Excluding "display" reverts the settings. Other overrides not recommended, as sleepmode mid-recording is understandably buggy
