I am almost describing my actual downtown except the CBD/THC places I liked CLOSED and I don't support smokeshops. Also coffee shop 1 flies a flag with a blue stripe in it and coffee shop 2, which I love and support, has very uncomfortable seating and is ALWAYS full.

Like there’s only so many NBA teams like the Dallas Mavericks to buy up your dead mall for a new stadium to go around. A lot of property owners are sitting on dead retail where smokeshops were the best tenant, and the GOP has gone back to full Refer Madness.

The issue is the TX GOP, Paxton included, made a big deal about their law rather than blaming the feds. Meanwhile smokeshops that have been the only new tennants in a lot of strip malls, and also tend be mom and pop affairs, are about to go out of business.

coming from experience here. really weird grey market where every smokeshops going to carry weed products to compete. but I can get ounces of flower for $100 so I'm not complaining when it's good, not great, weed lol

yeah I've been involved in cannabis for about 12 years whether smokeshops or manufacturing. it was wild a few years back but it's nice to have seen things stabilized. I'd just like to see the tech improve. it's come a long way but is still kinda an infant at large

Weed isnt legal here and im usually doing synthesized shit i buy at smokeshops like thc-a or thc-p instead. I miss being up in ontario all the time, that many dispensaries was heavenly.
