Finally finished my entry for the LGS painting comp, first time I've done one of these and still learning but.. I'm happy with the outcome tbh.

Speaking of the Tzaangors..

I meant to add my tags too, whoops!

Just a few highlights, the colourful hair/feathers have been good but honestly old models suck! All done for perspective so one side is super detailed and the other just lacks :(

So a few months back I decided to join in with the 1 Million Models incentive/competition from GW I figured whilst I getting back into the hobby then I should try and get a focus for getting it all painted, so I decided to go for 50 models painted by May 11th (today!)

Sadly, I didn't make the 50, or even 25 for that matter! Though honestly it's been a great lesson and experience for me, whilst I enjoyed the 'drive' to paint, I ended up painting at times that I wasn't in the mindset for and made mistakes that I then had to correct.

In conclusion, lil competitions like this are fun and definitely help, but I think for now at least, I need to develop my techniques and general ability so I can just crack on with it all when I need to!
