Later today I'm taking the dogs out to one of these "sniffspots" -- ie, a big chunk of land that you can basically rent for an hour so your dogs can be alone. (Great for reactive dogs.) Pretty excited. Will report back!

yeah, it really is. They need to take a little longer. The yards really small that’s why I go to Sniffspots so I can spread the hides out more. Because Eris is very reactive and Kota gets attacked by every male off leash dog I can’t really use parks and the playfield is too easy

Actively watching - my yard isn’t fenced, so they’re always leashed, but even when we go to SniffSpots, they get my full attention and active participation because otherwise they find things and I have to be close enough to intercept.

Researching 2 new Sniffspots and one of them has a chicken coop within the Sniffspot and another one has indoor outdoor cats that roam the property. It's a bit weird because I feel those things should be loudly disclosed, not hidden under "are any animals visible within 50 feet."

People have started adding sniffspots in Los Angeles that are charging $40-60/hr. One ranch is $100/hr?! A sniffspot is an HOURLY BACKYARD RENTAL. Multiple rentals upwards of $40 are less than 0.1 acres. What the fuck is going on.

Thanks. It is really nice. It’s one of the few Sniffspots where we can’t hear any cars so Koda can really relax. It’s crazy to think about it, but most sniff spots seem to be next to busy roads.
