After reading #SobreLosAngeles by Rafael #Alberti. #poem
The Angel of the Mobile Phone Flickering screens mask jangling labyrinths, well-trodden trails through forests of light, tracks of the dreaming; voyeurs shuffle in the undergrowth, plagued by insects. Behind the mechanical eye a space extends: musical menus, recorded voices, stored sighs, the internal combustion of words: maps of bodies. Connections are found to whole galaxies of souls; it's me, I'm here. Strange apes, they talk all the time, but don't have our number. They make prisons, shut down the self, dress their new avatar. No-one calls me.
