It's heartbreaking. Loved my work, loved my clients, don't see a way to practice w/relative safety & still make it worthwhile.
I also got a bad case of shingles in 2022 (stress, probably) that morphed into the chronic version. It's better now & I'm lucky that I can (just) get by on SocSecurity.
