SocialDB update:
They seem to have... responded to this already. By taking the site down.

Update on the SocialDB nonsense, I HAVE BEEN REMOVED!
November 6, 2026 at 3:50 PM
SocialDB lists creators without their permission, assigns sponsorship rates they never approved, and offers brands ways to pay for collaborations.

Our @mikestrawmedia.com investigated how the platform works and why creators are pushing back.

Hey streamers/influencers/artists/anyone with any social media presence:

There's a site that's currently using your publicly available data to build fake sponsorship listings to ruin your reputation and potentially keep sponsorship money that you'll never see!

Let's look at SocialDB ->
November 2, 2026 at 8:57 PM
This site currently has my active socials listed, including a list of services and prices that I've never seen before or been contacted about.

I haven't even THOUGHT about these things personally, but here they are, built on no basis and inaccurate data.

INVESTIGATION: Imagine finding your name on a platform that assigns prices to your sponsorships, despite never signing up or agreeing to work with it.

That's what creators are experiencing with SocialDB.

Here's what I found: insider-gaming.com/socialdb-lis...

FUCK

FUCK I WAS RIGHT

SOCIALDB *IS* A SCAM SITE
November 3, 2026 at 9:45 PM
I think this goes without saying but:

- I did NOT create my SocialDB profile
- I would not put myself on a website like SocialDB willingly
- My rates fluctuate depending on the brand, but you WISH I'd lowball myself like this.

SocialDB seems down.

SocialDB is down! Probably unable to handle the tide of angry people whos data they stole.

Thanks @zappshot.live 🫡 you did a wonderful thing.

Scam warning: socialdb.xyz/bluesky/onig...

This website scrapes your data and then lists you as a sponsorship option.
I did not have anything to do with this, I have accepted no sponsorships.
I was made aware of this about 5 minutes ago.

I'd be open to sponsorships, sure, but contact me directly.

SocialDB touts itself as a Sponsorship platform for creators, however, you're already on it. Right now.

They scrape social media to create a fake profile with inaccurate data to make up rates that you would charge for certain services, except you're not actually using this website for sponsors.

lmao i say if that socialdb site can successfully defraud an idiot by claiming i'm that expensive (i dont take deals at all) or that I am somehow brand safe, i say go for it

CW: AI slop complaints

socialDB webscraped my account along with much of bsky. I'm listed on their site as someone who "accepts brand deals" but I do NOT perform any business or monetized content creation with this account.

socialDB should be shut down immediately. Lies, fraud, slop.

This communication is served upon SocialDB by [legal name] ("Owner"), due to the use of the name and intellectual property from the Bluesky account '[account name and handle] on the website named SocialDB, at the specific URL [url from SocialDB], without permission from the Owner ("Activity").

Here’s the email I sent them. It remains to be seen if they comply or ignore me. I tried to be as clear and definitive in my request as I could, so we’ll see.
November 3, 2026 at 2:15 PM
It looks like SocialDB might have completely nuked all of their listings for Bluesky and Twitch! We did it!

The registered address for SocialDB turns up a supermarket and wineshop in Toronto 😂 could not be more a scummy scam operation if it tried
November 3, 2026 at 10:58 AM
I'm going to be so real, SocialDB is not the only site doing this.

I get emails from companies like this 2-3 times a month. Most are not QUITE this exploitative, but many are, and they pop up faster than I can meaningfully act against.

Fill out the form here: socialdb.xyz/contact

Ensure you have checked the box labeled "I want to remove a listing" and provide the relevant link. (Since this is suspicious AF, please don't give them your IRL name when you do this for your own safety.)

Do this for every listing.

I just checked that disgusting socialdb place & it's been like this for HOURS! Hope these motherfuckers are dead.
November 4, 2026 at 2:14 PM
Btw, beware of this SocialDB site. This is not me. Account has been made without my knowledge and I'm currently in the process of trying to get it down.
November 4, 2026 at 2:32 AM
A website -SocialDB- is making listings on behalf of creators without their permission, advertising sponsorships and stating people should contact *them* (not the creator who likely has no idea about the listing) for enquiries

Oh, and to request removal you have to sign up and agree to T's & C's! 🙃
November 5, 2026 at 12:56 AM
As promised (long and complete alt text). When I checked the 'I want to remove a listing of mine' button it required a login, so I didn't check it. I did provide my already pretty dang public email address because they needed a contact method (you'll see why). Modify as needed. ✊
