5 Euros in restaurant pricing in Lisbon. A Dão from Sogrape, forget which. For 2 hours, this young wine drank great. Maybe aging it another 2 hours, I would not be happy. 😜 But considering the price, I was perfectly content.

At least fair for me as a consumer & for my limited purpose. Would I buy it for more serious drinking? Not a chance. For one thing, it is easy to go up in quality in sogrape pricing without spending a whole lot. But I had a satisfactory experience and enjoyed my little meal. 🇵🇹

Something that amuses me about Sogrape is that their Casa de Ferreirinha range all look pretty much identical yet go from the Papa Figos which I think is <€5 in Portugal, all the way to Barca Velha at >€500...
