A female K-Pop idol shared photos of her daily exercise, after revealing that she got malicious comments telling her to manage herself better. On September 8, Soyou, originally from SISTAR,…

The episode of KBS Joy’s 'Kkiri-Kkiri' that aired on the 9th featured the final leg of the trip to Shodoshima Island taken by Lee Changsub, Jeong Jin-woon, and Soyou. At 10 PM that day, an alarm went off on Lee Changsub’s phone. Upon checking it, he remarked, "Time to take my hair loss medication," thereby unexpectedly revealing that he suffers from hair loss. He immediately took the medication, explaining, "You have to take it at the same time every day, and 10 PM seemed like the perfect time for me." Soyou, watching this, asked in surprise, "You have such thick hair; why do you take it?" Lee Changsub replied, "It’s thick _because_ I take the medication." He shared his perspective, adding, "You have to take it while you still have hair. The medication doesn't make hair grow back, but it prevents it from falling out." Soyou showed interest, saying, "I lose a lot of hair too. Maybe I should take it as well." However, Lee Changsub also mentioned the side effects associated with male hair loss medication. He revealed, "For men, a side effect is gynecomastia," explaining, "The mammary tissue develops. I actually developed mammary tissue after I started taking the medication." Lee Changsub drew attention by explaining, "If gynecomastia develops, the chest appears noticeably prominent," and adding, "That’s why men eventually need surgery to remove the glandular tissue, doing so restores the chest to its original state." original post: here 1. Wow, as expected from someone who's actually taken it. I've heard you have to keep taking hair loss medication for life while you still have hair. That's the only way to avoid going bald 2. But he has way more hair than I do? 3. I've noticed other celebrities who take hair loss medication also developed enlarged n*pples, is that why? Is hair loss medication a form of female hormone? 4. Hair loss medication doesn't actually grow new hair; it just stops it from falling out. So, taking it is what maintains the hair at that levelㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 5. I heard a side effect of hair loss medication is that hair starts growing all over the place, even women can grow beards 6. Hair loss medication is about prevention. They say that even after a hair transplant, you have to keep taking the medication to prevent further hair loss. So, if you're worried because hair loss runs in your family, it's probably a good idea to start taking it early 7. AI-yah, please work harder to find a cure for hair loss 8. Wow... but are male idols allowed to be this opened? I wonder if fans would care about this...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ > His fans probably all know alreadyㅋㅋㅋ 9. I wonder if they sell those medications overseas? Do you need to go to the dermatologist for this? > You need to go to the derm New post Next Post ✉ PC Stories

Singer Soyou revealed that she used to be stressed by malicious comments telling her to lose weight back when she had a lot of muscle from intense working out. Soyou discussed dieting on the KBS Joy variety show 'Kkiri-Kkiri', which aired on the 26th. Soyou shared a meal of sukiyaki with Lee Chang-sub and Jeong Jin-woon. When Lee Chang-sub remarked, "Weight gain and happiness are directly proportional," Jeong Jin-woon replied, "I was really happy from last year through the beginning of this year," and Soyou added, "I was very happy two years ago." Jeong Jin-woon then shared an anecdote involving Soyou. He said, "I went golfing with Soyou. As she was getting ready for her tee shot, I had a feeling she was going to hit a massive drive. If you look at the video from back then, her muscles were absolutely incredible." Soyou commented, "That’s why I couldn't wear skirts." Jeong Jin-woon noted, "That was back when you were working out a lot." Soyou explained, "I had really gotten into working out. Lifting heavy weights was so much fun. My physique was amazing back then." However, she said, "The thing is, I got so stressed every time I had to take a photo. People would say things like, 'You look too puffy' or 'You need to take better care of yourself', even though I was working out so hard." When Jung Jin-woon remarked, "But that’s actually healthy," Soyou replied, "Then came 'PDA,' and after that, the weight just kept dropping until I was down to 48 kg."
