Since an official NASA Artemis III mission patch hasn’t been released yet, I thought this was the perfect opportunity to design one of my own.

Besides the crew, the Orion capsule is the star of this mission. So Orion is at the center. The A is representative of the Artemis program, as well as this mission. The three blue shapes inside the "A" have double meaning. Both the "Ill" of Artemis Ill, and representing the three different launches that this mission will take to launch Orion, Starship, and the Blue Origin Blue Moon lander. Behind the large A is a representation of Earth, as this mission will take place in Earth Orbit. The two four point stars represent the two previous Artemis missions, Artemis I and Artemis Il. The four white circles near the stars represent the four crew members of Artemis Ill. At the top is a single, larger, white circle. This represents both the Moon, and the common goal that unites all the people supporting and making this mission/program possible. And of course the shape of the patch is the arrowhead shape, the same shape as the Artemis Il patch, for continuity.
