Yowzers!!! We had a trombone and I gave it to the jazz band to take to Cuba in 2022!
The trombone was about $80 used, and the trumpet was $400, and that spawn1 has kept (although a cat peed on the case and it started to get moldy 😬🤪🤣🤯)
The piano went from CA to 🇦🇺 (‘98) and back to CA again (‘18)

Took both Spawns with me to return the sleep study equipment and made a half day of it.
We had Popeye’s, went to Goodwill where I got 3 pants, 4 tops, and hat for $38, they went in Target, then Barnes & Noble where I got a coffee, they got books and stuff. Then got a Pho 8 noodle bowl for Spawn1.

Spawn1 LOVED Truman State. I'm a big fan of community college, though (trying to *gently* push Spawn2 in that direction for at least the gen eds).

SPAWN1 through SPAWN4 all had sample packs pre-defined. SPAWN5 didn't. Thankfully the sample packs were never in a consistent memory location, so I ended up using a matching pointer and matched it to SPAWN2's sample pack based off of the pointers in the header.

SPAWN5 ended up not being very interesting (it merely consists of four jingles that are technically present in SPAWN1 through SPAWN4) except for one detail... each pattern is apparently pre-defined as 128 bytes, as opposed to being more packed in there. That means multiple zero bytes in between.
