There’s always a reason you don’t make EOY lists before Dec. Spectre Folk dropped off his latest, “Quabbin Winter.” Psych-lofi reminiscent of Beatles going through Yogi phase from the garage. I’m only through half of it and it’s already the most interesting record I’ve heard in a while. #spectrefolk
