Most unfortunate part of the doctor who au is me having to choose between the Actual Real French Werewolf Historical Event and the Actual Real French Poison Murder Ring Historical Event for fun historical events to throw spiderbit into

The fic as a whole is sort of my version of the post-purgatory spiderbit reunion we all deserved. Lots of anger, lots of tears, lots and lots of love
Main reason why I haven’t done my Doctor Who fic is because there genuinely isn’t much of an audience for it on tumblr. It’s the fic I want to write most, but I’m saving myself the mental health crisis of writing like 100k words and having nobody read or comment lol

Happy anniversary, spiderbit!
They stay together, and they slay together.

It’s a fun concept! I hope that someday someone makes like a wiki or whatever just explaining who all the spiderbit variants are for those of us not on this side of the fandom.
Genuinely the only ones we know are cRoier and fCell and Melissa. Maybe we’re fake fans, but help us 😭

It’s all about the poeticism. And the hatred for duo names, we HATE those with a burning passions.
We do use both Guapoduo and Spiderbit, but we prefer Spiderbit. Sure, Roier and Cellbit adopted Guapoduo a few weeks or so after the fandom did, but our name is cute, too

Fun history with Spiderbit, it was come up with maybe a day after the fandom came up with Guapoduo, which was a few days after Base Guapita. Tumblr HATES duo names, so we always go with something more unique. Spiderbit is meant to sound like spider bite making it sweet yet dangerous just like them!

In the context of Spiderbit, they’ve literally transcended the language barrier between them and learned how to talk to each other in a mixture of Portuguese and Spanish and the occasional English and also Silly Noises
Literally uniting into a common brotherhood (aka gay marriage)

The spiderbit arg is actually just a bunch of clues hinting towards cinta 3, actually, obviously. Just look at the context and the content, obviously, actually. For real, not clickbait.

Oh! That Spiderbit week was mine I think, and it was mostly only artists and also me. And I just haven’t gotten around to posting it all on ao3 because I’ve started law classes. If you want links to any of them, I’ll dm you my fic tag link so you can go through them (unless I’m misunderstanding)
