Seem a combined circle and oval (new?) spoofer. It is rather leaky though and lots of ships are "sent" deep into Finland.
Theoretically this could direct a crude GPS-munition aimed at eg Primorsk into populated areas of Finland.

One of the Russian GPS spoofers around St Petersburg sports what looks like an aim function.
There is a realistic possibility this has been used to drive Ukrainian attack drones into NATO territory.

The Kaliningrad jammer-spoofer komplex completely broke the navigation systems of shadow tanker PATE 9338905 as she passed south Baltic Sea last 24h.
Normally, systems recover but this one seem to suffer a severe concussion or intoxication.

During night a drone attack was active in the the St Petersburg area and we also saw an activation of the circle spoofer.
No tracks into Estonia or Finland observed this time, but detection likely lacking in sensitivity so no conclusions. Timing should be precise though.
