Congratulations to the winners of #SpotlightMarvel! Greg Dyer, Tom Martell, and Sam Black outlasted 300 other teams at the Spotlight Series event to win the title and the trophy! Dyer qualifies for the second Pro Tour of his career, while Martell and Black are headed back after almost a decade away!

After 8 rounds of play at #SpotlightMarvel, only one team remains without a loss! Greg Michel, Andrew Elenbogen, and Matt Sikkink-Johnson finished Day 1 by beating a Galactus token and running their record up to 7-0-1! They'll lead the #SCGVegas field when we return for Day 2 tomorrow!

As we play into Round 12 of 14 swiss rounds here at #SpotlightMarvel, we have a new leader - and talk about a throwback squad of champs! Ondrej Strasky, Steve Rubin, and Alexander Hayne are all PT victors, and the three of them are now up to 10-1 at #SCGVegas!

Andrew Marre and Brian Rodriguez make it to one Magic event a year, and always wear matching shirts (previous years featured Charbelcher and Chailce of the Void).

For 2026 the dads decided they couldn't miss the opportunity to play together in a team event again at #SpotlightMarvel!

Team events are a great reminder that Magic is a global game - and one of the international squads competing at #SpotlightMarvel was Bernhard Lehner, Florian Oberauer, and Mark Loh, all the way from Salzburg to #SCGVegas, a trip of over 9000 kilometers!
