Their relationship felt steady and intentional in a way that really worked for me. Both men are welcomed with open arms by the residents of Hobson Hills, and the Wilson family immediately deciding to “adopt” Walker was such a perfect, heartwarming touch. The whole story is easy to read and understand, with a lovely balance of humour — especially the Bigfoot festival and the pranks, which genuinely made me smile. A warm, hopeful romance with community charm and a wonderful ending that left me happy for them both.
