Springseeker
Brano di Alan Walker

Where there are springs, there's magic in the Sky Islands! Trees, grasses, and flowers take root. Beetles dive. Salamanders glide. Recently, SIA's Ángel García gathered some of his favorite #SpringSeeker pics to show all that life beneath the surface: https://ow.ly/OLm150ZI0so

Recently, our Team Sonora went on another #SpringSeeker adventure in the Sierra San Diego, two hours southeast of Douglas, AZ. It was our team’s first time looking for springs here. Such wonderful photos! Of snails, diving beetles, trogons, and more: ow.ly/SC5R50ZuvOT

Recently our #SpringSeeker community science project hit a big milestone: 2,500 springs surveyed in the Sky Islands! Amazing. In all, there are ~8,000 springs in the region. To learn more and get involved, visit: https://ow.ly/5skR50XC7bm

Our #SpringSeeker program is expanding in Sonora into areas of APFF Bavispe, which like Saguaro National Park, has separate, non-contiguous units under its protection. It’s not always easy, but every step is worth the effort. To learn more about this work: https://ow.ly/aFmU50ZlQHs
