The St. Louis Board of Aldermen perfected Board Bill 60, an ordinance to appropriate $26,056,000 from the Transportation Trust Fund to the Bi-State Development Agency for FY 2026–27 operations. Alderwoman from the 12th objected sharply, calling prior promises to North St. Louis a "lie" and protesting long-term funding decisions.

Metro told the Transportation and Commerce Committee that a locally preferred BRT alternative was approved and that a secure‑platform ticketing rollout beginning in July should boost passenger revenue; the committee advanced two public‑transit sales‑tax bills (board bills 52 and 53) with "do pass" recommendations.
