Cercavo questa pianta mediterranea da un po’ di tempo e l’ho finalmente trovata.Acquistate online due piantine presso un vivaio specializzato le ho messe a dimora in mezzo alle Stachys Byzantina,dallo stesso fogliame peloso e grigio.
Si chiama Sideritis syriaca,soprannominata “stregonia”

Rumex venosus is for sale only to be planted in its native range east of the Cascades. In the mild, rainy climate west of the Cascades it is concerningly enthusiastic.

Black Horehound and Stachys byzantina - both have required minimal watering despite only being planted last autumn. And will attract any Wool Carder bees in the vicinity. The Black Horehound appears to have put on a second flush of flowers as well, attracting Common Carder bees.
