Our National Parks Need Your Voice! More than a thousand National Park Service staff have lost their jobs, and the impact on our parks and local economies will only get worse if we don’t act now. Park staff are the backbone of our national parks—maintaining trails, keeping visitors safe, preserving history, and supporting the communities that depend on park tourism. We need Congress to take action and restore these critical jobs! Contact your state’s representatives and tell them to stand up for the National Park Service. To make it easy, I’ve drafted letters you can use for reference—one specific to South Dakota and one for any state.
