I am in Standsted airport. My flight is delayed. All I need is a seat in a quiet area where I can enjoy my book and I’ll be a happy man.

Ordered a bed float from Lioger a few months ago and it’s finally shipped and watching it bounce around various European cities has been too much fun. Lyon! Leipzig! Standsted! London-Heathrow airport!

Mine is currently on a plane at Standsted airport waiting to come to the US. I wanted to go to their HQ to get it, but the cost/timing of a trip would have had me waiting until October.

If they do, I’ll open an off-license in Liverpool Street station. His customers can then get properly loaded on the Standsted “Express.” Actually, unless they bought heroic amounts from me, they will have sobered up before “arriving” at “departures.”

Congratulations. 🙌 I once spent over an hour ripping off sofa pillows and bed linen trying to find a passport while the airport taxi waited outside. We missed the flight and had to wait 10 hours at Standsted for the next one.
