The best thing I can think to do is if you know a state's alternative name use it in place of ACA/Medicaid when discussing cuts with people there. So if your state called ACA "StatePlan" you could say, "The cuts to StatePlan as a result of the Big Ugly Bill will cut xxx people off of StatePlan"
